THE CREATOR FRAMEWORK: TERMS OF SERVICE

By purchasing an FBN Artifact and submitting content to the Wall of Intent, you agree to the following framework:

1. SCOPE OF SERVICE
FREEBIRDNATION (FBN) is a retail brand that provides complimentary promotional services to its community. The "Megaphone" is a merit-based marketing engine. Features are awarded based on artistic intent, production quality, and brand alignment. Selection is not guaranteed and is not a game of chance.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LICENSING

• Ownership: You retain 100% ownership of your music, art, and likeness.

• Usage License: By submitting content, you grant FBN a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to edit, publish, and distribute your submission across all FBN digital and physical channels for promotional purposes.

• Warranties: You warrant that you own all rights to the submitted audio and visual content (including cleared samples/beats). You agree to indemnify FBN against any third-party copyright claims.

3. FTC COMPLIANCE & DISCLOSURES
In accordance with 2026 FTC guidelines, all "Megaphone" features will include a "Material Connection" disclosure. If you post content independently featuring FBN Artifacts for the purpose of seeking a feature, you must include a clear and conspicuous disclosure (e.g., #FBNPartner) within the first three seconds of the video or at the top of the caption.

4. PROFESSIONAL EXPENSE DISCLAIMER
FBN Artifacts are marketed as "Professional Promotion Kits." While many creators may qualify to deduct these as business expenses (Stage Gear/Marketing Assets), FBN does not provide official tax advice. Please consult your financial professional.

5. PERFORMANCE & LIABILITY
FBN provides promotional reach "as-is." We make no guarantees regarding specific streaming numbers, follower growth, or financial returns. FBN is not liable for any technical issues or third-party platform takedowns.
